The Fluorescent Calcium Iron Analyzer is a new type of computerized benchtop instrument that employs a purely physical analysis method. It is used in cement plants to rapidly analyze—within 30 seconds—the percentage content of CaO and Fe₂O₃ in raw meal (white, fully black, or semi-black), clinker, and cement produced by rotary kilns, shaft kilns, and precalciner kiln plants. This provides timely data for controlling ingredient proportions. Due to its fast analysis speed (30 seconds), it enables real-time monitoring of compositional changes during the production process, facilitating prompt adjustments to raw material ratios and laying a solid foundation for producing qualified clinker and cement. It can also be used to analyze the percentage content of CaO and Fe₂O₃ in mixed materials such as limestone, clay, iron powder, fly ash, coal gangue, and green bricks, providing quality data for incoming raw materials. Beyond the building materials industry, it is also applicable in any context requiring analysis of CaO and Fe₂O₃ percentage content.
It features a large-screen LCD display, full Chinese menu prompts for operation, and intelligent error alarm notifications, making it extremely user-friendly. It requires no chemical reagents, produces no waste emissions, contains no radioactive source, and has low power consumption, meeting environmental protection, energy saving, and safety requirements.
